Po Chai Pills – Gastrointestinal Diseases 保济丸
Introduction: Po Chai Pills are tried and true medicinal pills that have been used throughout generations to relieve gastrointestinal diseases. Developed by Li Shiu Kei in 1896, this Hong Kong medicinal product has a long and reputable history.
Po Chai Pills comprises 16 Chinese herbs that work together to relieve exterior symptoms, such as chills, fever or headache, but also relieves any gastrointestinal discomfort.
Usage: Po Chai pills are normally used for relieving indigestion, heartburn, vomiting ,diarrhea and bloating. These pills are also commonly used as hangover prevention remedies too.
Indications: For relieving diarrhea, vomiting, stomach ache, intoxication, over-eating, fever, external cold and un-acclimatization to a new environment.
Dosage: For 12 years and up: take one to two bottles every two hours with warm water, 4 times daily.
Contraindications: Po Chai Pills are not suitable for consumption during pregnancy, individuals with acute disorders due to the microbial infection of the digestive track.
Use with caution during lactation.
