Retail Staff

Join us as a retail staff at any of our 3 outlets (minutes walk from Chinatown and Orchard MRT) and have the opportunity to learn more about Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Basic training will be provided, followed by on-the-job training by outlet supervisors. The main role is to share your knowledge of TCM and recommend suitable products to our valued customers. Besides retail sales and cashiering, responsibilities include inventory control, store’s presentability, and basic packaging activities. As it takes patience and time to pick up relevant TCM knowledge, commitment and interest is important to this role.

Requirements:

• Bilingual in Mandarin and English
• Positive attitude: willing to learn, hardworking, proactive, diligent, committed, team player.

Packaging Staff

Packaging staff will be dealing with TCM herbs on a daily basis. Speed, teamwork, accuracy and attention to details are important characteristics. Besides packaging, duties include checking stock sufficiency, basic store keeping, moving of goods, simple cleaning and tidying up activities.

Requirements:

• Able to communicate in Mandarin.
• Positive attitude: Willing to learn, agile and quick, tidy, committed, team player.

Marketing & Sales Executive

This role gives you the opportunity to learn more about Chinese Medicine, retail operations, and product development.

As a marketing and sales executive, your role includes overseeing and developing marketing campaigns, managing online marketing materials and platforms, and product development. There will be some involvement in retail operations.

Requirements:

• Bilingual in Mandarin and English.
• General interest in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and the healthcare industry.
• Positive attitude: willing to learn, hardworking, proactive, diligent, committed, team player.
• Adaptable
• Attention to detail, commercially minded, with good analytical skills.
