On 18th July, Ms Chan Mei Yi, General Manager of Thye Shan Medical Hall, joined as a panelist in the FMAS – Driving New Retail Experience in Heartlands Seminar 2018. The event was graced by Guest of honor, Minister Koh Poh Koon.
Ms Chan shared about the sense of urgency to digitalise the business. This in turn can improve productivity and reduce errors or manpower. Nevertheless, the journey was not an easy one and was full of hurdles.
We would like to thank all organizers and participants for the fantastic event. It was a splendid and frank sharing session with the retail industry. Through these sharing sessions we continue to learn and explore areas of improvement. Thank you all for your support.
