Cooking Instructions

1. Rinse meat. Blanch crocodile meat in boiling water.
2. Place crocodile meat, lean pork, 3 slices of fresh ginger and 10 red dates into a pot with 1 litre of water (~5 rice bowls of water).
3. Bring to boil and simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours.
4. Serve warm.
