- For 2 to 4 pax: Soak the peach gum for 8-12 hours until peach gum softens. Remove impurities, sieve. Add other ingredients with the peach gum to 1.2 to 1.5 litres of water and boil with rock sugar for 45 minutes.
- Optional additional ingredients: Chinese pears.
