specially created in collaboration with a Teochew chef. - Scallops & Mushrooms: Sourced directly from Hokkaido and Kyushu, Japan.

Terms and Conditions
Delivery Timing and Date are as follows:
- Residential Address: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
- Commercial Address: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
*There will not be deliveries during public holidays.
- Order will be processed only upon receipt of fully-completed signed order form and full payment. Change of order is not accepted thereafter.
- All paid-for items and failed deliveries are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Delivery will be made within 5 working days once order has been processed. Delivery will be made on Mondays to Saturdays, 9am to 9pm (Residential) & Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 6pm (Commercial), excluding Public Holidays. The first working day is the working day following the date that payment was made and all details have been received.
- Delivery cannot be made to restricted areas including Jurong Island, Changi Airport, Cargo Complex, PSA Singapore Terminals, Embassies and Singapore Armed Forces camp sites.
- One complimentary delivery within mainland Singapore per hamper is provided. Failed delivery despite prior arrangement with recipient or due to incorrect contact details provided by Customer will be strictly subjected to a re-delivery attempt charged at $20.00. Re-delivery will be arranged only upon receipt of this payment and delivery will be made within 5 working days from receipt of payment.
- Thye Shan Medical Hall Pte Ltd reserves the right to substitute products and packaging of equal or higher value in the event the original products are unavailable.
