Kindly include the following details:

• Recipient details (details of person/company to receive): Name/company, Full Shipping Address, Contact details (office / mobile)
• Preferred time and date of delivery (Mondays to Saturdays from 9am to 6pm).
• Message on greeting card
• Sender details (Your details): Name/company.
• Any other remarks or instructions

Terms & Conditions:

1. Order will be processed upon receipt of full payment and change of order is not accepted thereafter.
2. One complimentary delivery within mainland Singapore per hamper is provided. Delivery does not include restricted areas such as Jurong Island, Changi Airport, Cargo Complex, PSA Singapore Terminals, Embassies and Singapore Armed Forces Camp Sites. Delivery is also solely for hampers and does not include additional tag-along items.
3. Delivery will be arranged expeditiously and made within 5 working days from receipt of complete delivery details from Customer.
4. Deliveries will be arranged for Mondays to Saturdays from 9am to 6pm. No deliveries will be made on Sundays and Public Holidays.
5. Failed delivery despite prior arrangement with recipient or due to incorrect contact details provided by Customer will be strictly subjected to a re-delivery attempt charged at $18.00. Re-delivery will be arranged only upon receipt of this payment and delivery will be made within 5 working days.
6. All paid-for items and failed deliveries are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
7. Thye Shan Medical Hall Pte Ltd reserves the right to substitute products of equal or higher value in the event the original products are unavailable.
8. All delivery orders signed by recipient or his/her designated representative will be deemed to have been received in good order and condition.
